Terry has over 30 years’ experience as a Partner in professional accounting firms. Terry was a founding Partner/Executive Director in the Business Advisory and Assurance division of Pitcher Partners Melbourne. Throughout his career, Terry has gained significant experience providing services to clients within a range of industries, including IT companies. These services included public company audits, business consulting, corporate transactions (including IPOs) and due diligences. Terry is a member of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Cass has been involved in the public and private markets for 30 years, as an equity research analyst, investment banker (Turnbull and Partners, Goldman Sachs (Australia) LLC and Carnegie Wylie), early stage investor and board director. Cass holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS and is a Graduate of the AICD.
Kevin has had over 20 years experience in the Australian public company market, having held senior roles at both Shomega Limited and CSG Limited. Kevin spent a number of years with GE Capital in Thailand as Managing Director of its commercial lending business. He has also been the general manager of a manufacturing facility. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the AICD.
Julian has in excess of 25 years experience in the manufacturing, distribution and software industries; Julian was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed Wellcom Group Limited in addition to being General Manager of software development. Julian holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Member of CPA Australia.
Blair has 28 years' experience in IT, progressing from technical and management roles through to Senior Business Development roles. For the past ten years, Blair has led the successful startup and management of several IT Project Services and IT Staff Augmentation businesses.
Chris has been managing professional services businesses for in excess of 20 years in Australia and internationally. Chris is hands on and manages Hacklabs operations on a day to day basis.
Rob is the founder and CEO of Pure Hacking and has over 20 years’ experience working in the security industry. Beginning his career in the NSW police force, nine years later he lead IBM’s ethical hacking team. In 2002, Pure Hacking was created. Over the years and thousands of engagements, Pure Hacking has collected a wealth of knowledge, developing methodologies for penetration testing. The net result is minimising security risk for enterprise clients. Pure Hacking specialises in security consulting, penetration testing, managed security services and governance, risk and compliance. Mike and Andrew are 30 year veterans of the Australian ICT services industry and founded Allcom 17 years ago. Mike and Andrew are responsible for the day to day operations of Allcom.
Eric has over 20 years' experience working in the IT risk, security and governance industry. Eric began as a senior security analyst at the State Bank of Victoria, and worked in similar roles at CBA and NAB. In 1995, Eric was a manager in a professional services firm where he provided senior IT security consulting and advice to customers in Australia, France, the USA and South Korea. Later, he was a principal at a global professional services firm where he established a well regarded security specialist consulting practice. In 2005, Eric established Certitude, a niche professional services firm assisting senior IT and business management identify and manage risks related to the use of technology.
Kimberley has over 15 years’ experience working across Business Development, Sales, Executive Search and Recruitment, both in Australia and the UK. Joining Systems and People in 2015, Kimberley leads a successful team of Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants together with managing the day to day operations of the business.
Mark has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Starting out in technical engineering and solutions architecture roles, Mark has been in senior management roles since 2008 and was appointed General Manager of Allcom Networks in January 2016.
Mary has 17 years’ of experience in finance, governance and business strategy, earned initially in accounting firms and subsequently in international sports and entertainment environments. Mary has held roles in both financial and management accounting as well as business planning, risk management, internal audit and compliance. Mary holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, an MBA (Executive) from the AGSM, University of NSW and is a memberof the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Jennifer has extensive experience in the public sector, having worked in the headquarters of the Department of Defence for both the Secretary and the Chief of the Defence Force. Her roles involved liaison with ministers, embassies, foreign executives and Defence industry personnel, as well as administrative management and business planning. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Global from Monash University, as well as a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
